A. Cancellation Fees, Deposit, and Compensation Rules
1) Upon booking this product, all related reservations (flight, hotel, activities, etc.) are immediately confirmed and purchased through different platforms. Therefore, the compensation and cancellation terms in the contract or agreement will apply, but if the cancellation fees from these platforms exceed the contract’s compensation amount, the excess amount (the platform’s cancellation fees) will be added to the total refund.
2) The payment you make is the full travel cost. If cancellation fees exceed the deposit amount after payment, you will be responsible for covering the additional cancellation fees according to the terms above.
B. Compensation
1) If the travel schedule changes due to domestic travel agencies or local conditions, this is not considered the agency’s fault, and no compensation can be claimed. However, if part of the schedule cannot proceed, the agency will refund the cost for that part. No refund will be given if the schedule is replaced with an alternative. (We will try to provide an alternative with the same conditions as much as possible.)
2) We cannot guarantee weather, traffic, or road conditions.
3) Some activities during the trip may require physical effort. The agency is not responsible for any injuries or issues arising from participation in these activities.
4) The agency is not liable for accidents, incidents, or situations that occur during free time or outside the agency’s control.
5) Death, theft, personal property loss, flight delays, and cancellations are not covered. We recommend travelers get travel insurance before their trip to Korea. (If you wish, we can help you sign up for travel insurance at an additional cost.)
6) The agency is not responsible for any extra costs (hotel, flight, transportation, guide, activities) caused by natural disasters.
C. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2) Within 29 - 15 days of the trip: 50% refund
3) Within 14 days of the trip: No refund
D. Cancellation and Change Procedures
1) Cancellations or changes outside of business hours will not be processed. Requests made via message boards, on-site staff, or emergency contacts during weekends or holidays will not be handled.
2) Cancellations and changes can only be made by contacting the designated representative during business hours.
